  4. What do we want our audience to Keep from our brand? (This is the ‘exit through the gift shop’ idea. If you want people to remember the experience, give them an ‘artifact’. Not just a premium, preferably something they had a hand in creating, but at least something directly related to the experience.)

  5. What do we want our audience to Share about our brand? (We want to make it easy for people to share their experience through their social network. What might we want them to share?)
